As CEO of Empowered Innovation CFAaP LLC, I bring over two decades of dynamic experience as an Artist-Researcher, personal innovation coach, and strategist. My journey began in the late 1990s when I shifted from the traditional trajectory as a mixed media artist. Over the years working on collector commissions, during my pivot I authored the article “Cultural Diversity” for Home Education Magazine (1994), later launching my career through work with organizations such as the International Free Open Source Solutions Foundation (iFOSSF) and the Hawthorn Research Institute, co-authoring “Blood Trails” with Dr. Pauline Sameshima, as well as writing and directing my performance piece “Women Crossings”, which debuted publicly at The Strand as part of the “Playwrights on the Rise” series curated by Rich Quatrone. 

Through my work with iFOSSF, I developed open-source culturally informed community collaboration model that supports diversity and inclusion, fostering innovative partnerships across industries and disciplines. I’ve also designed personal innovation education programs and consulted for leaders in business, government, and nonprofits, using art-based solutions to drive innovation, accountability, and sustainable growth.

From progressive homeschooling my three children to co-founding art initiatives like the “Cultural Fusion Art as Philosophy” with the late Dutch Attention Architect, Ronald Wopereis, I’ve consistently been ahead of the curve in combining creativity with strategic action. My approach blends personal innovation with actionable strategies to address complex challenges, enhance productivity, and foster meaningful transformations.
