About
Upgrade Your Decision-Making Architecture With My Proven Creative Strategies.
I’m Yvette Dubel, an Artist-Researcher, Personal Innovation Mentor, and CEO of Empowered Innovation CFAaP LLC. With over two decades of experience in art-based methodology, program development and strategic planning consulting, I specialize in leveraging art-based solutions to drive cultural systems innovation for better outcomes in addressing complex challenges.
My adult journey began in the 1990s when my reproductive freedom stance deepened into home water birthing advocacy and expanded with the 1998 publication of “Cultural Diversity” in Home Education Magazine, reflecting my early commitment to progressive education and diversity inclusion. Concurrently, I collaborated with organizations like the International Free Open Source Solutions Foundation (iFOSSF) and the Hawthorn Research Institute, developing open-source collaboration models that emphasize inclusion and innovation. This was when Synchronicity and Flow State Activation emerged as promising KPIs that still guide my work. Beginning a nearly 20 year collaboration with Dutch Synchronicity and Attention expert, the late Ronald Wopereis.
I’m also a happy wife of 35+ years and proud mother of our three adult children, whose progressive homeschooling journey inspired my passion for fostering creativity and innovation in others. These experiences taught me the importance of critical thinking, adaptability, personal growth, and empowering individuals to unlock their unique potential—principles that continue to shape my work today.
In 2020, as the Artist-Researcher in Residence with We The World Freedom Campaign, I led the team that launched the We Freedom Film Fest. Short films remain a passion, and I am actively seeking opportunities in Southern California to build on what we started.
In 2022, I completed my Advanced Facilitator Training in Systemic Family Constellation and became a certified Micro-Habits Laser Coach and Artful Living Coach in 2023, further enhancing my ability to empower clients through small, impactful changes. As the founder of the Empowered Innovation Alliance, I am dedicated to expanding my social and community practices.
I help leaders, professionals, and changemakers build the inner leadership architecture
to meet the future with curiosity, confidence, and the capacity to create what’s next.
I am committed to helping more people redefine success. And expand your capacity. That is why in 2026 I am delighted to offer The Success Buffet Pyramid™ Playbook- a self-paced version of my most popular workshops. To guide you in building the inner leadership architecture for what’s next.

Personal Innovation - A Lifestyle About Becoming
Every (product and service) offering emerges from an artist’s practice that I kept private and separate from my professional work.
In June 2026, as part of the Juneteenth Celebration program at the University Club in San Diego, I served on the panel of artists and was one of the exhibiting artists. That event was my first exhibition of my work in 30 years.
Since then, we’ve launched 2nd Sunday. This is an expansion of my social practice that focuses on shared attention to hold space to release whatever we have been carrying.
And the Art Auction Fundraiser to benefit Empowered Innovation Alliance presents Trace Residue.
In short: when you collect Trace Residue, you invest in transformation.
Repair is art.
And resilience can be designed—together.
Why this matters (to serious partners)
Cultural lineage: Early patrons safeguarded Fluxus ephemera (Gilbert & Lila Silverman → MoMA), backed Jenny Holzer’s Truisms (Barbara Gladstone), and supported Pope.L through alternative spaces and early grants (Franklin Furnace/Martha Wilson; Franklin Furnace FUND 2000; Creative Capital 2001; FCA Grants to Artists 2002). During our 2025 soft launch in San Diego, it was Janice R, the winning bidder of three pieces, who supported the cause to join their ranks.
Acquiring Trace Residue stands in that tradition—as an artist whose work operates between personal practice and social systems.
Rarity and provenance: Unique originals; no editions. These are scarce artifacts within a practice that often lives in spaces that render it invisible.
