What About Champions of Positive Change?

Who are champions of positive change - Yvette Dubel

Hey Champions of Change! πŸ‘Š

I’m proud of you for finding your courage to good. In addition to starting “Get it done Wednesdays” as a personal micro-habit, I also hope it can help reduce the loneliness among entrepreneurs in our community. It’s as low pressure, socially, as you need it to be.  Being in community as a micro-habit? Why not!

This week I am joining Florin Diumea’s Business Expert Club – Temecula gathers Wednesday, Feb 28. Only 3 openings left. We’ll navigate his Bright Business system, dissect challenges, and uncover the rationale. Click for his event details.

When you’re ready to take the plunge and decide to level up your life with some thoughtful micro-habits – the small but mighty game-changers, get started here.πŸš€

Now, let’s talk about the real deal – making those micro-habits stick like glue. How do you turn these tiny tweaks into lifelong triumphs? Buckle up for some wisdom that’ll keep you rocking those hacks of life indefinitely:

  1. Sync it with your Smartphone Magic πŸ“±: Dive into the 21st century and use your trusty sidekick – your smartphone. Schedule reminders like a boss! Pick specific times to conquer your micro-habit, and let your phone blast those reminders like a motivational DJ. No smartphone? No problem! Grab a sticky note and slap it somewhere unmissable. β€œWater – 1:00 pm” – that’s your mantra! I use an art planning journal to manage my hard copy sticky note system. Ask me about it some time, it’s a whole thing.

  2. Craft a Self-Talk Revolution πŸ—£οΈ: If time isn’t the essence of your micro-habit, switch up your inner monologue. Instead of lamenting past mistakes and remaining  stuck try this instead. Introduce “if-then” statements into your self-talk repertoire. “If it’s Get It Done Wednesday, then I’m working from Back To The Grind downtown Riverside California” – that’s how you weave your micro-habit into the fabric of your identity. Your self-talk is your superhero origin story – rewrite it and watch the magic unfold.

  3. Simplify, Before Amplify πŸ”„: Keep it real, folks! Micro-habits are meant to be bite-sized, not banquet-sized. Resist the urge to complicate things. Instead, focus on seamlessly integrating these small wins into your existing routine. It’s the tiny ripples that create big waves of change. Then amplify these small wins. Celebrate the small win to replace amplifying the negative.

  4. Out with the Old, In with the Bold 🚫πŸ₯€: Want to guzzle more water? Bid farewell to soda and juice. Craving those steps? Walk a couple of laps around the market instead of going right to the item you came in to buy. By ditching the old choices, you pave the way for your new and improved micro-habits to strut their stuff. Get intentional and let the new you shine!

Remember, making micro-habits stick is a walk in the park when you stay intentional and remember what its all about. Don’t let your habits play hide-and-seek in the chaos of daily life. With these power-packed tips, you’re on track to turn those micro-habits into your daily anthem. Own it! πŸ’ͺ✨ #MicroHabitMastery #OwnYourDay  Go To Productivityforus.com
